Classes
Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means union. Over time, with steady practice of Yoga, many discover that they're able to practice moves in a way that seemed impossible when they began, and yet they achieve it in a gentle and flowing manner.
Yoga helps us to discover our thresholds so that we can expand them.

Intermediate to advanced Yoga in a heated room (90 to 100 degrees)
Danette Howland
Beginning Yoga, normal temperature room (heated room Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings)
John Howland
Chinese Martial Arts—Qi gong on Saturday; Kung fu on Wednesday/Friday. Beginners welcome.
Maribeth Snell
Certified in Core Strength Vinyasa style developed by NYC master teacher Sadie Nardini. Intermediate to advanced level for adults and beginning level for teens.
Scott Slavic
Certified in Classical Hatha Yoga. Perfect class for beginners to advanced; no heated room.
